An annual awards overseen by a panel of industry experts from around the country, the awards see hundreds of wines blind taste-tested across 15 categories, giving you the lowdown on what to drink — and what you’ll be likely to love — this year.

To inspire you to branch out next time you’re in store, we’ve picked out three winners to stock up on.

Best Rosé Winner: Triennes Rosé

What’s almost as good as being in the South of France? An icy bottle of Triennes Rosé on a summer afternoon, of course. Reminiscent of strawberries and cream and running through lavender fields in Provence, this rosé has balmy evening with friends written all over it. It’s versatility means rosrosée pairs as well with pizza fresh off the Gozney Dome as it does a whole barbecued salmon.

Best International White: Bernard Michaut Petit Chablis

From a family-run winery with over 70 years’ experience in the game, it’s little wonder the Bernard Michaut Petit Chablis took out the award for Best International White. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in Burgundy, expect notes of citrus and white florals undercut by subtle minerality. A white fish’s best friend.

Best Lighter White $25 & Over: Expressions by Tom Barry Riesling

Third generation winemaker Tom Barry isn’t one for following the rules too closely. Case in point, the Expressions by Tom Barry Riesling 2023, made using techniques like wild fermentation in oak and extended barrel aging. It’s interesting, has a bit of texture, and is downright delicious with seafood.
