You’re only 5 ingredients away from a refreshing homemade Cin Cin cocktail, using Cinzano Bianco Vermouth. ‘Cin Cin’ means ‘cheers’ in Italian, so say cheers to family and friends by whipping up a few glasses of this tasty tipple.

It’s the perfect option for the time poor host who wants to impress on a budget!



  • 60ml Cinzano Bianco
  • 1 long cucumber slice
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Ginger Ale
  • Ice



  1. Add ice to the glass.
  2. Garnish with cucumber slice.
  3. Squeeze in lemon wedge.
  4. Add approximately 60ml of Cinzano Bianco.
  5. Fill with Dry Ginger Ale.
  6. Stir well and enjoy!
