The golden rule to making Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • 60ml Aperol
  • 90ml prosecco
  • 30ml soda water
  • Ice
  • Orange wedge

Method

Add ice to a wine glass, add all ingredients into the glass, stir and garnish with orange peel

Top tip: Remember this handy 3-2-1 rule of making Spritz: Three parts prosecco to two parts Aperol to one splash soda water.
