Recipe: Lemon Thyme Roast Chicken

When you’re pairing roast with wine, Melbourne chef Adam D’Sylva says “A subtle and zesty white helps enhance the herbs and spice of well-cooked chicken.”

In this instance, a vibrant Riesling will not only heighten your dining experience, but also the flavours of the poultry too. For failsafe food and wine pairing choose Mesh Eden Valley Riesling to accompany this tasty Lemon and Roast Thyme Chicken.
