At Vintage Cellars we’re committed to protecting your health and safety, as well as that of our team members and partners. We encourage the use of no-contact delivery and click and collect.
No-Contact Delivery
Following advice from the Department of Health to limit contact, we continue to work closely with our carriers, and with health and safety in mind we are now offering no-contact online delivery.
Our delivery drivers will now maintain as much distance from you as possible and will sign for parcels on your behalf. Your delivery will be left on your doorstep for you to collect after the driver leaves.
We retain our commitment to the responsible service of alcohol, and if you look under the age of 25 our delivery partners are required to sight an acceptable form of identification.
Where possible, we also recommend providing authority to leave your parcel unattended.
Click and Collect
Due to the current high volumes, your Click and Collect order may be delayed outside of the 60 minute promise. Our teams are working hard to ensure your order is ready for collection as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Important Reminder: Please ensure you present your ID and Credit Card you made the purchase with when picking up your order.
Same Day & Next Day Orders
To ensure our customers and team members remain our highest priority we’ll be consolidating our delivery options effective 24/03/20. This means that our Same Day and Next Day delivery services will be temporarily stopped until further notice. Our Standard delivery and Click and Collect services will be available as normal.
