It’s a year since the launch of VC Club and here’s some news worth celebrating. Win a magnum of Krug Champagne

Krug Grande Cuvée is no ordinary Champagne. Each new release from the prestige Champagne house is a unique expression made by blending the product of a particular harvest with reserve wines from the house’s library. Based on the 2010 harvest and cellared for 7 years, the Krug Grande Cuvée 166^ème édition includes 140 wines in its blend, from 13 different years going back to 1998. Full-flavoured and aromatic, it has notes of citrus, nougat, marzipan, honey and brioche.

What is a Super Tuscan? This term came about when pioneering Italian winemakers in Chianti stepped away from the traditional techniques and grapes of their region, making bold new red wines with non-native varietals such as cabernet sauvignon. Tignanello was the first modern barrique-aged blend of sangiovese and cabernet and has been made to the same blend since 1982. Open a bottle of Antinori Tignanello IGT 2019 to find a silky, aromatic wine with hints of coffee and dark chocolate. West of Chianti in the coastal region of Livorno, Ornellaia is a sustainable producer of Super Tuscan wine. Its Ornellaia DOC 2018 is an elegant and savoury blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and petit verdot with citrus, herb and licorice notes.

The competition runs from 6/3/23 to 9/4/23. To go in the draw to win a prize each week, all you need to do is complete any purchase with your VC Club card in store or online. There’s no minimum spend and you can enter as many times as you like. If you’re not already a member, sign up now for your chance to win.
